Babylon 5

I just finished watching the first episode of Babylon 5, and can I just say, this show is brilliant! And I'm not one for first episodes.

Someone explain to me why I haven't seen this series, or heard much about it, till now.

Oh, I love Babylon 5. I watched that when it was running all those years ago and if you think you love Season 1, just wait until you get to Seasons two and oh God, three! So wonderful. JMS has a wonderful way of weaving a story and it helps that there are all these wonderful Tolkein analogies. XD XD

I have no idea why you haven't seen it before but I order you to watch more! Now!

Hooray for Babylon 5! I don't know why you haven't heard much about it before, but I am glad you've found it now. It is my favourite TV show of all time.

I so need the DVDs. Taped-from-TV episodes are not cutting it. Season 3 still *owns* me, years later. (Mind you, it was the first season I saw)

God, I love Ivanova. Partly because she is awesome in all ways, and partly because she's a Russian character subtly and aptly portrayed. And dude, how often does that happen?
