Voted today. Am refusing to watch the news - my insurance doesn't cover nerves.

Actually, it was quite nice. The Bennington Student Activist Council had a table set up in front of the polling place, so that nobody would harrass us, and tell us that we can't vote. (And believe me, there have been attempts in the past. 'Registered vehicle' my jean-clad ass.) They also gave us free buttons and t-shirts, which makes me happy. My Bennington shirt is getting funky, and I need something to sleep in.

...God, I'm nervous. Apparently, there's alcohol on campus; so why haven't I been able to get my hands on any?

If Kerry doesn't win, maybe I can go to Japan. I mean, I know basic greetings, and I can read hiragana, katakana, and 15 kanji. That's got to count for something!
