Kind of stupid fandom ettiquette question

Here's the thing. The Doctor Who and Torchwood fandoms have worked some kind of miracle. Lily is actually writing and completing fic. Unfortunately, Lily's been extremely antisocial/avoidant, when it comes to posting fic in comms. My journal, sure, and the fandom's fic archive, sure, but comms? Noooo.

Well, I'm having an assertive day, and am therefore considering giving my work greater exposure. Problem is, I have no idea if it's rude or silly to post fic to comms weeks or months after it's been posted elsewhere. It's entirely possible I'm overthinking everything and being a doof. In fact, I know that to be the case. Still, I would love some help/confirmation. Heeelp?

(no subject)

Watched "Mr. and Mrs. Smith" with my dad. Or tried to, at least. The DVD died about three-fourths through, and I'm honestly not sure if it quallifies as irony, poetic justice, or something else altogether. What I did see was pretty good. Angelina Jolie was stunning as usual. I normally dig Brad Pitt, but his hair cut didn't do it for me, here.

Plot? I was supposed to be watching for plot?
