...And then I slept on *something* wrong, so that it hurts to move my neck, or my right arm, from the elbow up.

Interestingly enough, my first instinctive reaction to sharp, surprising pain is to giggle. Weeeeeird. (A more normal reaction of whimpering and swearing swiftly follows.) I think it's the surprise factor.
