So many things about yesterday made me happy!

The fangirls, they didst watch the last episode of Doctor Who, and I'm looking forward to each and every one.

Mark Gatiss
"The Unquiet Dead" - 3
"The Idiot's Lantern" - 1

Episodes written: 1
Average rating: 3

He was the creator of "Sapphire and Steel", which I've heard good things about, and apparently was approached for a DW story at one point, though it didn't wind up being used. (And considering some of John Nathan Turner's other decisions, this may actually speak in Hammond's favor.) All in all, I'm excited to see what I mean. If not, ask and I'll explain in comments.]

Overall score: 2.86

10. Out of Time - 4
03. Ghost Machine - 4

It's worth mentioning that I've seen them before. *whistles* Most shows never manage to be that I just can't warm up to Gwen. Maybe - hopefully - that'll change, but for now, she's too much of a cypher. She's supposed to be a part of season 3), the library's B5 DVDs fail me. Faaaaaail, I say. I'm currently trying to download "Intersections in Real Time."

Does anyone know what 'AC3' stands for, when it comes to this sort of job. You knew a regular Time Agent would never get his hands on his shirt, then pulled out an anti-grav lifter. Handy gadget, that. One of the few to survive the decimation of Torchwood One, only to be made useful by Torchwood Three. Ianto could relate.

He watched as Jack stood over the grave, fiddling with the device’s magnetic switches, until a dry hum filled the air, and the coffin they’d uncovered began to rise. It clamped on to the General Catalogue. I probably won't object, but I'm not scoring that as an episode, as I didn't watch it as an episode. Hard to pay attention to the script, when David Tennant is talking directly to you (well, more or less).

Still, it was an existing theoretical projection, concerning time travel. (What? Physicists do that sort of stuff all the time.) As opposed to, you know, something solely existing in the Doctor Who fic for the science... I suppose it's my own fault for deciding that the Time War in everything. Ask me about "Doctor Who and the Daleks
Daleks - Invasion Earth 2150AD
Scream of the Shalka
Curse of the Fatal Death
Do You Have A License to Save This Planet?
Wartime (Benton)

ETA by actual blogger: So. My journal geeks, when put on random. Geeks about Doctor Who, in fact. Amusement ensues, on my part.

The reference to Wartime - is that cos you've seen it, or have it? I've tried to track that down so many times, without success...

I have! I'd have to see whether I still have it, with all the computer crashes, but I definitely had it, once.

"A Note on Friending: Yes, of course you can friend me! I've yet to see anyone who doesn't enjoy that when it happens. (And if I ever do, I still won't understand the sentiment.) If you do choose to friend me, drop me a line/comment to that effect. It'll give me a nice ego boost and let me know you exist."

This is why! (http://shadesong.livejournal.com/3368339.html)

I'm one of the Mad Scienticians.

However, I am currently, utterly and totally buried and behind on LJ posts. But I don't want to forget to friend you when I finally get caught up...

Is it alright if I share this link with someone in a locked post on my journal? [livejournal.com profile] vandonovan just asked for it. I know they are very trustworthy and won't spread it around. I can reupload it myself next week if you prefer, however - no worries!
