Health crap

I'm starting to think my body doesn't want me to have a life. I was all set to spend yesterday with friends, having fun. Instead, I spent it woozing about the house with a sore throat, feeling nauseous enough to hate my life, but not enough to throw up and get it over with already. I'm feeling a bit better today, though not entirely, so I'm hoping it was just a one/two day bug.

Everyone gets sick. Take care of your body and your mind and there will be up days and shit days, but keep being aware of your state of being and act accordingly. Give yourself some slack love. You can't always be super woman!
