mllelaurelI won't say 'Guess what? Lily's gone crazy!'. Mostly because to go crazy, one must start out sane. Lily has however, decided to start up a Doctor Who fanfic recommendations site/comm. This decision was fueled by "Teaspoon"'s two-day disappearance, as well as a realization that, as far as I can tell, the DW fandom doesn't have a prolific and high quality recs site to its name. And what's the best sollution to the problem of 'the fandom needs more of X'? Do it yourself, of course!
So I did. The comm can be found here. Fear my crap icon-making skills.
(Actually, if someone could make me a decent default icon and/or banner for the comm, I would kiss their feet. *puppy eyes*)
Digital artwork aside, I wouldn't mind having a few co-conspirators in the recs project itself. If you're the type that reads a great deal of fic, or especially the type to read and rec on your journal, give it a think, would you? Join me, and together, we will rule the world.
