Dark Omens

I just got back from play auditions, only to find that the lamp in my room had died a miserable death in the interim. Either this is unsubtle foreshadowing for my acting career, or the bulb needs changing. And, yes, I am typing this entry in the dark, so don't hold me responsible for any typoes that may ensue.
