Continued Reviewing of Babylon 5 episodes
Feb. 12th, 2007 12:59 pmGoing by my pattern of review length being inversely proportional to how much I liked the episode, it's fitting that I don't have many coherent thoughts about "The Long Night of Londo Mollari." I wish I did, since it's a brilliant episode, but other people (JMS included) have already said it and said it better. I do know that the story's placement is perfect. There's no way it could have come earlier, or (from what I hear) much later.
- Sheridan is such a crap politician. *g* And I <3 Garibaldi's expression here.
- Byron still insufferable. (He may have some valid points in there somewhere, but there's no better way to bury a good point than by being annoying.) I'm also starting to suspect that the organization he's running is not as benevolent as it appeared in episode one. Rather more like a cult.
- On a better note, I'm loving Londo and G'Kar's banter - and wondering whether we'll get any mention of the previous episode's events.
- Ouch. Good heavens, Lyta needs a hug. The vicarious near-death experience aside, she's being used as a depersonalized tool by the people who really, really should know better.
Now this is one redhead I would totally understand, if she ever pulls a Dark Phoenix.
