My Town is a Fecking Tinderbox!

I just found out that there was a fire at my school, due to some faulty wiring. How's that for a nice evening's bit o' news? Luckily, no one was hurt (at least, that's what the authorities say), and there didn't seem to be any major damage. But this is getting ridiculous - it's the fifth or sixth significant fire we've had in the nine years that I've lived here! The old Middle School went up in flames back when I was in third grade (also due to wiring problems). Three separate houses caught on fire on three separate occasions, for various reasons. There was another fire at the Arts Center, when I was in eighth grade. Then, there was another house. I think. And this is supposed to be a nice, safe town.
