Additionally, I have finally found a reason to enjoy my damn commute. Becky, Mecca, thank you sooo much for recommending the Deryni chronicles. I am now thoroughly hooked. I am not, however, developing a thorough fascination/infatuation for Morgan. Nope. Not at all. Really.

And how said is it that I started reading and went, 'yep, that one's a Khir character all right!'

Becky - you seriously haven't read the books when you started playing Merric? Cause from what little we get of Brion in Deryni Rising, Merric seems dead-on.

Not that I have access to them right now, but the Minuteman Library Chain, in Boston, apparently has most of the Deryni books in Russian. Even if I prefer the English, by far, due to reasons of fluency and original vs. translation - how cool is that?!
