This just in: I hate the new Microsoft Word application. I can't even find the word count on it. *swears*

ETA: Found it. Feeling stupid now.

Have run my two finished Hallowed character sheets through word count, and holy crapcakes! I've written shorter fic. I may have written shorter novels.

I'm actually somewhat fond of the Office 2007 layouts, but I've worked with programs with menu modules before (though not quite that sort), and I admit it can be a royal pain if you're trying to do a lot of different things in quick succession. You can customize the top menu bar with the things you use the most though, which is handy.

I just word-counted Alastor--about 3,400. I've definitely written shorter fic. o.O
