So, you’ve read the Best Book Ever ™ and you want more. Unfortunately, the author has no other books out (or you’ve already finished all the sequels.) Now what?

Well, now’s where we come in. You can browse recommendations by other readers who loved your favorites as much as you did, or add a recommendation of your own.

This community operates on the 'If you like Book X, you'll love Books Y and Z' principle. You make a post for a particular book (checking first to see if such post already exists.) Someone else who liked this book as well comments with titles of similar books they also liked. And so forth.

Question: If you like book A but didn't like book B for a specific reason, is it allowed to point this out in the comments?

You mean like so:

"If you liked book A stay away from book B on all conditions?"

Or "Even though this person liked both book A and B, I will caution you that B is different from A in such and such a way and so might not float your boat."

Oh yeah. Comment discussion regarding various recommendations is allowed and encouraged. And dissent's an important part of discussion.
