The Dork is Baaaaaack!

Actually, I got back this Saturday, but I was too busy recovering from internet and RP withdrawal to post.

How was vacation? I hate it when I'm right...

Picture a single room with two beds (one of which is actually a couch), a TV, a desk, a kitchenette, and an adjoining bathroom the size of a doghouse. (Actually, if they made doghouses that size, the Humane Society would be on their asses in a flash.) Now picture sharing this single room with your parents for two weeks. Scared yet? There's more.

No internet.

Nobody within ten years of my age within a ten mile radius.

Lots of mosquittoes.

Lots of elderly Russian people filled with outdated advice.

In all my life, I have never come closer to saying "Kill me now", and meaning it.

But I guess it wasn't all bad. The ocean was nice, albeit seaweedy. I had my anime DVDs with me, so I could watch them on the laptop. And I actually got to see a lot of movies, namely:
Ocean's Eleven (on TNT)
Onmyouji (on DVD)
Shrek 2
Harry Potter and the Prisoner of Azkaban
Spiderman 2
An American Werewolf in Paris (on AMC)
My dad watched them all with me. And actually commented on the slashiness in Ocean's Eleven and Onmyouji! I have the best daddy evar!
