Naomi: Would be attracted enough at first - why not, Akio's a handsome guy, and Naomi has an unfortunate tendency to fall for assholes - but I think she'd smell something rotten fairly soon. Sure, she stuck with Ray, but Ray wasn't evil, he was just a chauvinist pig, which is sort of sanctioned by the society both of them come from. And remember, she only allowed herself to trust Light when he managed to convince her that he was, himself a trusted associate of L's. I suppose Akio could try the same tack, but I suspect he'd find the idea of copying a human sociopath's plans, well, tacky.
Verdict: In great danger but will likely wise up unless Akio takes her out as quickly as Light did.

Matt: Unlikely someone Akio would take a direct interest in, unless it's as a way to keep Mello in line. Which might happen. Though I suspect, Matt would not be interested. Too much effort; not enough cute girls and video games. And even if Akio offered those, he can get his own no problem, so no thanks.
Verdict: Doin' good.

Halle: Wouldn't give Akio the time of day, and not just because I tend to characterize her as a lesbian - that pure personal canon. She's just too cool-headed and focused on her job to get carried away like that.
Verdict: Pass!

Matsuda: So much fail, so little time. This is not a good universe to be a puppy in.
Verdict: I don't even.

Aizawa: Take half Yagami-san's uprightness, and half Halle's badassitude and you get Aizawa.
Verdict: Pass

Sayu: She's a fairly normal teenage girl/young woman. Akio eats those like cake.
Verdict: Poor Sayu. Her life is ass enough in her own canon and unlikely to get better here.

Ryuuk: As long as he's amused, he'll stick around, but this is Ryuuk. He's quick to go 'bored now.' Also, seduction? Fuggedaboutit.
Verdict: Bored now.

Rem: Would probably be the first of them all to see Akio for exactly who and what he is - and that includes L. Rem is old and she is savvy, and she wouldn't have gotten to be one without the other. She could be messed with via Misa, but getting to Rem on her own? Not a chance.
Verdict: Not a chance, y'all.
