To be honest, the lineup for Intercon J is looking kind of uninspiring right now. There's one game I really, really want to play in. That would be "Like Putting a Leash on a Rocket Launcher." It's a neat concept and one I think I could have fun with.

Other games that look kind of interesting but I'm not dead set on (in alphabetical order):

10 Bad LARPS: C-Section: I'm assuming this is a Sunday morning game and those are always 50-50. Maybe I feel like getting up, or maybe I feel like sleeping in after Saturday/going home early.

Ghosts of Urquart and/or Survivors of the Naronic: Who doesn't love the Brits? They're a fab GM/writer team. However - and I realize I'm about to commit heresy here - I'm not that into Steampunk/Victoriana. Feel free to stone me now. I did love the one game I've been in with that sort of setting, but that owed more to the fact that it was a fucking musical LARP than anything else. So maybe.

GM Space - Played in it already and recommend it to others.

Ode to Bobby Joe - I like in-depth character work and I don't mind singing. See above. My one worry is that the description makes it sound like the characters are a bunch of loners and I work best with a partner/people in-game my character deeply cares about. Still, this is a strong contender right now.

The Last Seder - You fuckers who get to play in the expanded version, I shake my fist at you. Seriously, I was in the first run and it was one of the best games I've ever played in. I just don't get to play again. Dammit.

...And that's it. Watch all of the above get scheduled for the same slot. Meanwhile, MidAtlantic are still being bums and have no games listed.

I certainly hope it's Sunday morning! :) But you'll probably have two chances, if C-Section gets accepted for Mid-Atlantic too.

Thanks for the kind words about The Last Seder! FWIW, when we say "expanded," we're probably not talking about a lot of new content - mostly, we felt like we were rushing people through the seder without giving them a lot of time to talk about things, so we wanted to let them have that time. We'll probably also have a section of the game before the seder begins, and possibly more of the actual seder ceremony that we had originally cut for brevity.

*nods* That makes sense. I would have liked some more discussion time and pre-seder interaction. Post-seder, too. There's a lot to talk about, after shit has gone down.

Hmm! Agreed about Rocket Launcher. I'm sort of inclined towards Jungle Book and Where the Wild Things Remain, too.

Let's sign up to play in Rocket Launcher together!

And nudge Sarah toward The Last Seder. ;)
