Oh, and I forgot to mention, I'll be in Troy over the weekend, for 1897. I'm excited, albeit apprehensive. People keep posting all these awesome costume descriptions, which makes me feel a bit self-conscious about mine, but I went with what I could afford. Meaning dress acquired at Garment District, picked with the intention of future wear; blouse, ditto; and a skirt I already owned, to lengthen and fill out the form a bit.

If I'm not mistaken, my character is married to zapf's, who's an awesome player, so yay!

Don't worry too much about costuming - the people who are commenting are probably the small minority that are going all out. I know mine won't be all that impressive. ^^;
