Stars update

In other news, wired_lizard and I are so close to being able to cast the Intercon run of Stars. Sooooo close! Except we're still missing two questionnaires. One's from someone we know fairly well and are reasonably sure we can cast off the cuff (though we still want your questionnaire - you know who you are!) The other, unfortunately, is someone whose name neither of us even recognizes. That leaves us much more worried, as this person's preferences can either click the whole casting set into place or mess everything up. Dude, send us your questionnaire!

Got it, thanks! Like I said, I'll try a few more routes before siccing the Intercon staff on the poor guy, but it's good to know I have options.

Doesn't need to be a siccing- just a simple, "Hi, person, I'm the GM coordinator. GM X has mentioned they're having trouble getting in touch with you, can you just confirm for me that you've received her emails? Just wanna make sure emails from our GMs or staff are not getting stuck in a filter somewhere. If I don't hear from you in X hours, I'm going to start worrying." If there's no response after that, we may have other options to try and get in touch with them, and I would warn the attendee, gently, of the nonresponsive drop policy several times before I made a move to act on it. But for now, I am offering to give them a gentle "Just let me know you've received the emails" nudge.

I can't say I'd be disappointed if 1 of your players were to say, win an all expense paid trip to aruba over intercon. (I wish ill upon nobody but being #1 on your waitlist is a thing.)

Hey, all-expense-paid trips are A++. I can't promise one way or the other, but you are, indeed, #1. :)
