Whining about ears - Part fifty-billion

I am seriously considering popping one of my remaining Vicodin right now. My right ear feels like somebody had stuck a needle into it, and I get to hear a lovely sound, like a radio tuning. Now I know what people mean when they use the phrase 'ringing ears'. *sigh* Most people get their earaches when they're little, and never get them again. Like with most childhood diseases, though, I never got an ear infection till this summer, and now the bloody thing won't go away! Grar! Then again, if I got ear infections as a kid, that would've been normal, and normal is a word that has never, ever applied to me.

Yuck!

I got an ear infection this year, too, but I got a lot of ear infections as a child, so it wasn't really that much of a shock. I'm assuming you've been to a doctor about it? The antibiotics I was on were a powerful dose, but it was only a five-day regimen, and the infection itself wasn't hurting within 36 hours or so. :/

Oh, that's hardly pleasant! And yeah, I got an antibiotic perscription; took 'em all to very little effect. I want to wait a bit before I get perscribed another dose, cause I'm going to start developing a tollerance for them, at this rate, and they'll do even less good.

*squishels* I thought I might have been coming down with an ear infection a couple weeks ago... and I was dreading it. I had a few when I was little... and not so little actually since even like a bad cold can manifest itself as one of the most painful and annoying diseases ever. They're awful things x-x and personally I'd go for the vicodin if I were you. *hugs again and Taki sends his love too*

Yay Vicodin! The Vicodin is my friieeeenddd! Though, personally, the anticipation is almost as bad as the real deal. Every time I get a cold, I start going "Ahhhhh! Ear infection pending! Oh noes!"
